We make vendor registration easy! You can print and mail your registration or use our convenient PayPal form. Pre-registration is suggested, but is not mandatory; however doing so guarantees your spot – especially indoors.

Notes

  • • Pre-registration is suggested, but is not mandatory; however doing so guarantees your spot – especially indoors.
  • • Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided to vendors.
  • • Our "LUCKY VENDOR" drawing will be held at noon each Sunday. The prize will be a cash award that varies each week based on the number of vendors present. Please note—the winner must be present to win.
  • • Reservations are not mandatory, but if you choose to pre-pay for an outdoor spot, keep in mind that weather is sometimes unpredictable. If severe weather begins BEFORE you set up, your payment may be credited for the following Sunday.
  • • Vendors may begin to arrive at 5:15 A.M. and must be set up by 6:45 A.M. each Sunday. Doors open to the public at 7:00 A.M. sharp.  (Your arrival time should be based on how long it will take you to complete your set up.)

Vendor Space(s) -- Please Choose Indoor or Outdoor

 

INSIDE VENDOR SPACES are $20 each/2 for $35. Currently, we have 35 indoor spaces available for vendors. Eighteen 8-foot tables are available for indoor use only. These tables must be used first and are offered at no cost to you. You will be informed about the table status if you pre-register, otherwise, bring a table (first come, first served.)

OUTSIDE VENDOR SPACES are $20 each/2 for $35.   Spaces will be sized at approximately 100 square feet. Outdoor spaces are located behind the building and are not fully visible from the road; however, at least 35 spaces will be available in a flat, grassy area. Canopies and tents are permitted, but care must be taken to avoid damage to the property. Please use thin, metal or plastic stakes to ensure little ground damage. You may place all flea marke-trelated trash in the on-site dumpster. Unwanted items worthy of donation should be well-received at the local Goodwill just minutes away at the next intersection.

Flea market hours are 7 A.M. – noon.  We expect vendors/sellers to be set up by 6:45 A.M., however you may arrive as early as 5:15 A.M. Doors open to the public at 7:00 A.M. each Sunday.
